• Services: If a service is canceled by The Camaxilo, Lda or if the client provides written notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
• Training: If a training session is canceled by The Camaxilo, Lda or if the client cancels their participation at least 7 days before the session.
• Products: If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, and the client notifies The Camaxilo, Lda within 14 days of receipt.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services already rendered.
• Training sessions attended or missed without prior cancellation.
• Products that have been used, damaged by the client, or are not in their original packaging.
